Suddenly, I can't access "C:\Document and Settings" folder on Windows7.
So I checked "Advanced Security Settings for Document and Settings", and found user "Everyone" registerd as "Deny" type in "Permission entries".
I deleted "Deny" type user "Everyone", so I can access my "Document and Settings" folder.

How to reset IntelliJ IDEA settings to default on Windows7?
Delete this folder and restart IntelliJ IDEA.
C:\Users\<USER ACCOUNT NAME>\.IdeaIC13
C:\Users\<USER ACCOUNT NAME>\.IdeaIC13
